About The Position
Piedmont Post Acute is an 88-bed skilled nursing facility located in Piedmont, South Carolina. We offer a smaller, close-knit environment that prioritizes teamwork and resident care. This PRN position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a supportive team. As a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide direct care to residents on an as-needed basis, helping maintain their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required)
- CPR certified
- Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
- Compassion for an underserved population

- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Follow care plans and collaborate with the nursing team
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
