About The Position
Encompass Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, individualized care to patients on their rehabilitation journey. The CNA assists rehabilitation nurses with delegated rehabilitation treatment and patient care in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines. The role involves building meaningful relationships with patients and peers and supporting patients as they achieve milestones. Requirements
- Current CNA license or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Assist rehabilitation nurses with delegated rehabilitation treatment and patient care according to specific regulations and guidelines.
- Perform tasks delegated and supervised by rehabilitation nurses.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and peers.
