Chandler Creek Post Acute is a 133-bed skilled nursing facility located in Greer, South Carolina. Requirements
- CNA certification in good standing (South Carolina)
- Current CPR
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Passion for serving an underserved population
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Collaborate with the nursing team to follow individualized care plans
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care at all times
