About The Position
West Village Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living. The role supports a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment while promoting residents’ dignity, independence, and quality of life. The facility is a 132-bed skilled nursing facility in Greenville, South Carolina.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Active South Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
- Compassion for an underserved population.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, professional, and resident-focused.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
- Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care.
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Follow facility policies and state and federal regulations.
