About The Position
Well-Spring, A Life Plan Community in Greensboro, NC, is seeking newly certified CNAs to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have recently completed their CNA program and clinical rotations at Well-Spring to begin their healthcare careers in a familiar environment. The community offers consistent 8-hour shifts with Full-Time, Part-Time, and limited PRN opportunities. Requirements
- Active CNA certification and listing on the NC Health Care Personnel Registry
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Take and document vital signs
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Support resident comfort, dignity, and independence
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare team members
