About The Position
Prime Care is offering flexible CNA jobs in a skilled nursing facility. The role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, hygiene and personal care, basic health monitoring, rehabilitation and mobility support, social and recreational participation, and reporting and documentation. Recruiters support candidates in planning and finding positions that fit their schedules. Opportunities may include picking up a few shifts or taking on a full-time flexible role, including PRN shifts.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience.
- Active Certified Nursing license.
- BLS certification.
- Current two-step TB skin test completed within the past year.
- Federal background check.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provide hygiene and personal care.
- Perform basic health monitoring.
- Support rehabilitation and mobility.
- Encourage social and recreational participation.
- Complete reporting and documentation.
