About The Position

We are immediately hiring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)s for various shifts including full-time day shift (6:30 am-3 pm), part-time weekends day shift, and one full-time night shift position. This role is perfect for students or those looking to supplement their income. New graduates are welcome at Kline Galland, and we offer CNA program reimbursement for new grads. The company has been established for over 110 years and has been ranked as the Best Nursing Facility in Washington for 2026.

Requirements

Washington State Department of Health Certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA-C)
Good oral and written communication skills
Basic computer skills
Experience as a nursing assistant
Able to lift, move or assist patients using proper body mechanics
Able to occasionally lift or push up to 50 lbs. and pull up to 100 lbs
Caring and compassionate heart

Responsibilities

Assisting patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, feeding, basic hygiene)
Performing basic patient care activities such as vital signs, observation and reporting of signs and symptoms of a change in condition
Assisting in patient mobility such as ambulating, turning, positioning and range of motion exercises
