Requirements
- Active California CNA Certification is required.
- Strong attendance record and a dependable, team-oriented work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Must pass a background check and meet all state-mandated health screening requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with essential activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Accurately record vital signs and other clinical measurements, reporting any changes in resident condition to the nursing leadership promptly.
- Assist with meal service, hydration, and general comfort needs to ensure resident wellness.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment while following all infection control and facility protocols to protect our residents.
- Provide respectful, person-centered care that preserves the dignity and rights of every individual in our facility.
