Covenant Living, a large nonprofit senior living provider, is seeking qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. Requirements

High School diploma or the equivalent.
Completion and passing the test for an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State.
Listed on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Responsibilities

Reports directly to the nurse manager and may take direction from licensed nurses or supervisory staff.
Provides direct care to residents on a daily basis.
Assists with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
Assists residents with basic personal care, including bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting, grooming, feeding, and transportation/transfer.
Maintains resident rooms in a clean and orderly manner, including light housekeeping, changing linen, making beds, putting away clothing and personal effects, tidying bedside tables, shelves, closets, and cleaning bathrooms.
Assists with resident laundry, ensuring clothes are marked, clean, mended, ironed, and put away. Notifies supervisor of clothing needs.
Prepares residents for meals, assists with serving meals, and feeds residents.
May be cross-trained in Assisted Living.
