Part-time PM Shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Skilled Nursing Facility
About The Position
Meadowbrook Village Christian Retirement Community is seeking individuals who find joy in providing excellent, personalized care for residents facing temporary setbacks or terminal diagnoses. As a CNA in our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), you will work alongside LVNs and RNs to deliver not only accurate medical care but also enriching personal interactions. Our patients and their families frequently praise our staff's friendliness and dedication, and we are looking for individuals who share this commitment. The CNA role involves ensuring high-quality resident care by adhering to federal, state, and company regulations and policies, directing and documenting nursing duties, monitoring and reviewing care plans, reporting to the Director of Staff Development and Director of Nursing, and leading by positive example.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current & valid CNA license in State of California
- Excellent interpersonal skills including patience and compassion
- Ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple items/tasks as required
- Ability to maintain appropriate level of confidentiality and privacy
- Willingness and ability to respond effectively to emergency and/or crisis situation
