Weekend Shift Certified Nursing Assistant Claremore, Oklahoma Type Full Time Weekend Shift CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Job Title : CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Location: Memory Care Center at Emerald, Claremore, OK Department: Nursing Reports to: DON Position Type: Hourly, Full-time Shift Available: Sat-Sun, 7am-11pm, Work 32 hours, get paid for 40 hours. Our objective is to help patients achieve their highest possible level of function and independence.

Requirements

Current CNA certification in Oklahoma required.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Help residents with mobility issues, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely.
Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents' conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.
Report any changes in residents' conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.
Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents' quality of life.
Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.
