Requirements

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant credentialing in good standing.
Excellent attention to detail.
Great communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to read and follow directions.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good foundation of clinical skills and knowledge.
Must undergo a full criminal background check and drug test.
Proof of flu vaccination will be required upon hire.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, dressing, bathing, and toileting.
Maintain resident stability by checking vitals, weight, and documenting findings.
Provide comfort by utilizing resources and materials, and responding to call lights and requests.
Observe resident behaviors, pay attention to details, and report any changes to nurses.
Show compassion and empathy to all residents under care.
Engage with residents by assisting with participating in activities and talking with them.
Treat everyone with a person-centered approach.
Perform other duties as assigned.
