About The Position
Centurion is proud to be the provider of medical and mental health services to the Florida Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Gulf Correctional Institution located in Wewahitchka, Florida.
Requirements
- Florida CNA license
- Current CPR
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- One year experience in acute care, long term care, emergency or correctional setting preferred
- Corrections experience not required
Responsibilities
- Check-in patients and work with the Medical Providers working up and prepping the patients
- Work in the pharmacy to order medications and pass out KOP medications
- Help with medical emergencies
- Stock supplies and go to the warehouse
