Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Angels Grace Hospice- .6FTE- days
About The Position
This .6 FTE Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position commits to 24 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts from 0700-1530. The schedule includes working every other weekend and covering two major and two minor holidays per year. This is not a temporary or seasonal role. A $2K sign-on bonus is offered for CNAs who commit to a one-year term. ProHealth Home Care is a leading provider of comprehensive medical and hospice care in the home, serving all age groups. Requirements
- WI Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) - Must be Active on the registry
- Strong interest in customer service
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Passionate about providing excellent patient care
- Able to demonstrate compassion at the end of life
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the staff and patients on the unit.
- Work independently providing resource information and general nursing care to patients.
- Complete clerical tasks related to regulatory annual requirements, audits, and patient processes.
