This is achieved by assisting the Registered Nurse and Licensed Vocational Nurse in patient care tasks and other unit based activities within the Department assigned. Requirements

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• California Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• 6 months Certified Nursing Assistant experience in acute, sub-acute or skilled nursing facility OR one (1) year Nursing Assistant experience in an acute hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Registered Nurse and Licensed Vocational Nurse in patient care tasks and other unit based activities within the Department assigned.
