About The Position

MorseLife is offering a CNA training program designed to prepare individuals for success on the Florida CNA exam. This program is the first step toward a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant with MorseLife, a leading healthcare organization in Florida. Participants will receive training and support to achieve their CNA certification and begin a meaningful career in senior healthcare.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work every other weekend.
• Open to evening and night shifts.
• Must have an appointment to join a session.
• Requires a background screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities.
• Accompany residents to appointments and activities.
• Report resident needs, conditions, and changes to nursing staff.
• Practice safe, efficient care while maintaining confidentiality and dignity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile.
