This office continues the same level of care and experience received at Tampa General Hospital.
Requirements
- Active Florida License/Certification
- 1 year of experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with valid listed driver on the vehicle's insurance plan
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- TB Test
- Physician Statement of Good Health
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and private in-home services as assigned by a licensed professional.
- Follow individualized work plans.
- Work plans and provide safe assistance to patients/clients with activities of daily living.
- Facilitate Orientations in Downtown Office.
- Medicare Bath Visits.
- 1-2 hour cases at multiple locations during the scheduled workday.
