About The Position
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nurse Assistant (NA), you will assist the pediatric patient care team by performing activities of daily living such as feeding meals, bathing, monitoring vital signs and donning/doffing splints and orthotic devices. All CNAs and NAs perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and core values of excellence, integrity, compassion, service and stewardship.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- No previous experience required
- Optional - Current certification as Certified Nurse Aide in Oklahoma or in another state in good standing with the expectation that license will be assigned in Oklahoma
- CPR Certification may be obtained upon hire
Responsibilities
- Performs direct care to patients by performing activities of daily living as needed
- Chart patient care in electronic health record as indicated: input, output, vital signs, condition, etc.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure the patient care needs are met with excellence
