Night Shift CNA/Med Tech Assisted Living
About The Position
Bethany Northwest is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant/Med Tech for Bethany at Silver Crest, an assisted living facility in South Everett near Mill Creek. The position provides quality nursing care to residents and medication support; implements specific procedures and programs; coordinates work within the department and with other departments; reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responds to inquiries or requests for information; and assists the immediate supervisor with tasks that support department operations. This is a full-time graveyard/NOC position scheduled from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The employee must be available to work all days of the week.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Washington State CNA license.
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to think and work independently and with direction.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Good communication skills and bedside manner, with a compassionate personality.
- Up-to-date identification.
- Basic computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- Washington State Med Tech license; training could be provided.
