Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast -paced, high -acuity environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a hospital or Med -Surg setting preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Compassion and dedication to delivering outstanding patient care
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

- Commitment to maintaining patient dignity, safety, and confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor and accurately record vital signs, intake/output, and other patient information
- Support admissions, discharges, and patient transfers throughout the unit
- Assist with ambulation, repositioning, and fall prevention measures
- Provide post -operative care support by monitoring patient comfort and reporting concerns
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe patient rooms and clinical areas
- Respond promptly and compassionately to call lights and patient needs
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN or care team
- Assist with specimen collection and transport following protocol
- Follow infection control, safety, and hospital policies at all times
- Deliver exceptional, patient -centered care in a fast -paced Med -Surg environment
