Requirements

• Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility, ensuring they feel comfortable, respected, and well-cared for.
• Assist the nursing team with physician-ordered procedures and maintain a clean, organized environment for optimal healing.
• Monitor and report vital changes in a resident’s physical or emotional condition to the RN, playing a key role in early intervention.
• Proactively identify safety hazards and respond to emergency situations to ensure a secure and supportive living environment.
