About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting residents with daily living activities, and ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC)
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF)
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including: Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting, Feeding
- Support mobility and transfers
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and care teams
- Follow individualized care plans
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Adhere to facility policies and compliance standards
