About The Position
Billet Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing Home Health & Hospice team in the Albuquerque area. Our caregivers provide personalized care to geriatric patients in their homes and residential facilities while working closely with the Director of Nursing and RN Case Managers to support individualized care plans. We provide the flexibility to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle, with typical visits ranging from 45–60 minutes.
Requirements
- Active CNA License in the state of practice
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid auto insurance
- CPR or BLS Certification
- Current TB documentation (Skin test within the last year OR Chest X-ray within the last five years)
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide compassionate personal care
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with RN Case Managers and clinical leadership
- Support patient comfort and safety in the home setting
