About The Position
Matrix Home Care is hiring compassionate and reliable bilingual Spanish Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides for a private duty home care case in Miami, FL 33170. This position involves assisting with activities of daily living, providing personal care support, companionship, light household tasks related to client care, and maintaining a safe environment. The role requires reporting any changes in the client's condition to the care team. Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.
Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, caring, and professional
- Must be able to complete required AHCA Level 2 background screening
Nice To Haves
- Certified Nursing Assistant license or Home Health Aide certificate preferred
- Home care experience preferred
- CPR/BLS preferred
