About The Position

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide exceptional care to patients. The goal is to change the expectation of hospice care by increasing staff to patient ratios, leading to more clinical visits and lower clinician caseloads. Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is CHAP certified and is looking for individuals committed to providing the highest quality of care to patients and their families.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice
• Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state(s) of practice
• Willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments, care plans, and as directed by nursing management.
• Work with other licensed care staff to coordinate the proper types of care to residents.
• Strictly follow all Company nursing policies and procedures as well as safety guidelines.
• Make visits to end-of-life patients on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Make supply delivery and triage visits when appropriate.
