About The Position

We are seeking a weekend overnight Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) - Vigil Sitter to work 8pm-8am. Must work both Saturday & Sunday. If seeking full-time, can work Fridays and/or Mondays. Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Available!

Requirements

• Compassionate and committed to improving patients’ quality of life
• Ability to work collaboratively with Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, Volunteers, and Aide Leadership
• Comfortable working one-on-one with patients while being supported by a dedicated care team
• Able to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
• Willingness to travel with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
• Current CNA certification in the state(s) of practice
• Current HHA certification in the state(s) of practice

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to assigned hospice patients in accordance with their assessments and individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with the hospice care team to meet patient needs, promote comfort and dignity.
• Report changes in patient condition.
• Follow all Company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and infection-control practices.
