About The Position
Baptist Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their AAU ICU team. This is a Full-Time Nights position, working 36 hours per week with shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, located at Baptist Medical Center Nassau in Fernandina Beach, FL. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to providing quality patient care. CNAs assist Registered Nurses (RNs) in patient care and work under their supervision.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant Required
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma/GED Preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist RNs in the care of patients.
- Perform patient activities of daily living.
- Maintain a safe environment for patients.
- Collect lab specimens.
- Monitor intake and output.
- Document in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
