This Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Float Pool position is a full-time role requiring 24 hours per week, with 3, 12-hour night shifts (1900-0700) per week. The role involves travel to multiple Aurora hospitals within Zone 2, including St. Luke's, St. Luke's South Shore, Washington County, Grafton, West Allis, Sinai, and Zilber Hospice or Aurora Psych Hospital. The float pool offers higher pay with float and night differentials, self-scheduling, and no on-call requirements. Assignments can be day-to-day or long-term (6-week assignments) based on business needs.
