About The Position
This is a pipeline position designed to build a strong pool of qualified candidates for upcoming openings. While we regularly hire for CNA roles, specific shift availability is not guaranteed at the time of application. We accept applications on an ongoing basis to maintain an active candidate pipeline. Requirements
- An active CNA certification is required

- Provide compassionate, hands-on care that supports resident dignity and independence
- Build meaningful relationships and offer emotional support and companionship
- Assist with daily living activities while monitoring resident well-being
