Certified Nursing Assistant CNA - PM Shift
About The Position
Augusta Health and Rehabilitation is looking for dependable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team on the PM shift. We are currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time PM positions. PM Shift: $20.00/hr Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Every other weekend and rotating holidays We're a small, community-focused skilled nursing and assisted living campus where relationships matter. Our CNAs are an important part of the care team and spend their days getting to know the residents they care for, supporting their needs, and helping make AHR feel like home.
Requirements
- Current Wisconsin CNA certification and active placement on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
- Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member
- Commitment to treating residents and coworkers with dignity and respect
Nice To Haves
- Previous long-term care experience is welcome
Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate, hands-on care to residents
- Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Answering call lights and responding to residents' needs
- Assisting with meals and encouraging independence whenever possible
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
- Completing accurate documentation
- Working as part of a team to provide safe, respectful, and quality care
- Building positive relationships with residents and their families
