About The Position

We’re seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants who want to support residents in living their highest level of independence while working in a collaborative, respectful environment.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
- At least 16 years old
- Ability to follow care plans, work safely, and communicate effectively
- Commitment to resident rights, confidentiality, and person‑centered care
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting and assisting residents
- Successful completion of background check as required by Wisconsin Caregiver Law
- Valid driver’s license if transporting residents
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and support residents with dignity and respect
- Assist with meals, mobility, restorative programs, and individualized care plans
- Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow all safety and infection control practices
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Work as part of a team that values communication, integrity, and high‑quality care
