About The Position
Saunders Staffing Agency is currently building a priority roster of compassionate CNAs for an upcoming service expansion at a major healthcare facility in Richmond. We are looking for reliable professionals dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and supporting clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Virginia CNA license.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a licensed CNA.
- Current CPR and negative PPD/chest x-ray.
- Must pass a criminal background check and adhere to facility dress codes.
- Seeking candidates for all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd).
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality resident care in a professional long-term care setting.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and meal escorts.
- Monitor resident status and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
- Maintain accurate documentation and answer call lights promptly.
