About The Position

Delta View Post-Acute is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care. Our team is dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative environment where residents and staff feel valued. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play an essential role in delivering hands-on care and support to residents. You will help ensure their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being while working closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Active and valid CNA certification required
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Accurately document care provided in a timely manner
• Take and record vital signs
• Support the implementation of individualized care plans
• Respond promptly to resident needs and preferences
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure high-quality care
