About The Position
Metropolis Rehabilitation & Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. As a CNA, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activities, and routine tasks. You will provide basic nursing care under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor, adhering to accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
Requirements
- Active and in good standing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and assist residents with daily needs, including personal care.
- Prepare residents for activity and social programs.
- Perform routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities.
- Perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.
