About The Position
Tice Valley Post Acute is looking for caring, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our outstanding nursing team. We are currently hiring Full-Time CNAs for AM, PM, and NOC shifts. Requirements
- Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide quality daily nursing care according to each resident's individualized care plan
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Help residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Answer call lights promptly while providing compassionate care
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Document care accurately and follow all facility policies and procedures
