The primary responsibility as a Certified Nursing Assistant is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan. This role involves checking residents routinely to ensure their personal care needs are met, reviewing and updating care plans, assisting residents with daily needs and transportation, and fostering a warm and cheerful environment. The CNA also participates in facility surveys and effectively communicates resident information to the nursing team and administration.
