About The Position
Oak Glen Post-Acute is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated care team. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional resident care in a supportive skilled nursing environment, we’d love to connect with you.
Requirements
- Valid California CNA certification in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused attitude
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide support with feeding and hydration as needed
- Take and document vital signs
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
- Ensure resident comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
- Work collaboratively with the nursing and interdisciplinary care team
