About The Position

Lorien Harmony Hall is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join their award-winning team in the Assisted Living and Memory Care unit, Harmony Park. The role involves providing compassionate, patient-centered care and assisting residents with daily living activities. CNAs deliver hands-on support in accordance with established policies and procedures and under the direction of the Director of Nursing, ensuring dignity, comfort, and quality of life for every resident. Lorien Harmony Hall is a family-owned assisted living community with a long-standing tradition of compassionate care, located in Columbia, Maryland. They embrace advancements in medicine and technology to enhance care and quality of life for residents. The facility shares its campus with Lorien Columbia Nursing Home and has a dedicated Memory Care unit, Harmony Park, for residents with dementia and Alzheimer's. Requirements

• Active Maryland CNA license
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
