About The Position

Comfort Keepers is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, personalized in-home care to seniors and adults in Oklahoma City, Edmond, Norman, and surrounding communities. Caregivers work with one client at a time, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with schedules and assignments based on caregiver availability and current client needs. The role includes paid orientation and training, weekly pay, supportive local leadership, employee recognition, opportunities for additional hours, and career growth and development.

Requirements

• Current Oklahoma CNA or CHHA certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a client's home.
• Willingness to follow care plans and company policies.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving or home care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help with mobility, walking, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with errands and transportation when authorized.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Follow individualized care plans and complete required documentation.
• Promote clients’ independence, dignity, and quality of life.
