About The Position
The Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood community, is seeking talented CNAs to join their team. The Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) will actively incorporate the “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” This role involves developing an awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assisting residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care. This includes assisting with basic needs, activities of daily living, and recreational activities, while also helping to create a safe environment for resident care.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
- New grads are welcome!
Responsibilities
- Develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs.
- Assist residents to maximize their independence and participation.
- Provide exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities.
- Help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
