About The Position

Requirements

Current Florida CNA certification in good standing (required)
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable with basic EMR/computer documentation
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and remain active throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and transfers/mobility assistance.
Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow individualized care plans.
Practice infection control and universal precautions.
Respond quickly and compassionately to resident needs and call lights.
Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
Help create a positive, safe, and supportive resident environment.
