The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will be responsible for a variety of patient care duties, including taking vital signs, assessing patient conditions, preparing patients for examinations and treatments, and assisting physicians and nurses. This role requires proficiency in using electronic medical record systems, ordering supplies, performing phlebotomy, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining the cleanliness of the treatment area. The CNA will also be involved in laundry duties, attending staff meetings, operating medical equipment, and completing assigned tasks and checklists within their shift. Flexibility and teamwork are essential, as the role may require assisting as needed, potentially interrupting breaks or mealtimes for patient care or center operations. A positive and professional demeanor is expected in all interactions.
