Requirements

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and respectful demeanor towards residents and colleagues

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
Assist with vital sign checks and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
Support residents with mobility and ambulation, as needed
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
