About The Position
Concordia at RP Home is looking for a caring, dependable CNA to join their team. As a CNA, you’ll play an important role in providing compassionate care and creating meaningful connections with residents. This role is ideal for a CNA who enjoys helping others, working with a great team, and making someone’s day a little brighter.
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing
- A caring, compassionate, and dependable attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping others
- New CNAs who have completed an approved Nurse Aide training program are welcome to apply!
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma/GED preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care and assistance with daily activities
- Help residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility, and personal hygiene
- Answer call bells and respond promptly to resident needs
- Assist with transfers, positioning, and restorative care
- Observe residents and communicate important changes to the nursing team
- Document care and treatments accurately
- Assist residents with activities and help maintain a clean, safe, comfortable environment
- Protect resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
- Work closely with nurses and fellow CNAs to provide excellent resident care
