Requirements
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide compassionate care while promoting resident dignity, independence, and well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
- Measure and record vital signs accurately.
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to provide exceptional resident care.
