Requirements
- Graduate of approved certified nursing assistant program.
- Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA certification required in the State of Ohio.
- Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
- At least 6 months of direct care CNA experience.
Responsibilities
- Care for residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
- Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
- Help residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible.
- Provide accurate, efficient, and timely care documentation.
- Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.
