Requirements
- Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional resident care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous skilled nursing or healthcare experience is welcome but not required.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply—we provide training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality daily care while promoting each resident's dignity, comfort, and independence.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal assistance.
- Follow individualized care plans and perform assigned nursing procedures under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
- Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to support each resident's care goals and recovery.
