About The Position
St. Dominic Villa, an Illuminus Community, is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. Located in Hazel Green, WI, the facility offers long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services for older adults. The role involves performing person-centered personal cares for residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
- Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
- Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
- Ability to relate well to all individuals.
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
- Ability to adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Performs person centered personal cares for the resident under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
