Requirements

  • Active California CNA certification (Required).
  • Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Must pass a background check and meet health screening requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data.
  • Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration as needed.
  • Promptly report any changes in resident condition to the nursing leadership.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized care areas while following all infection control protocols.
