Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a skilled nursing, senior living or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including personal care, feeding, and mobility assistance
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
